Creating Branded Video for a Family of Companies and an Umbrella Brand

This client had a tricky request amid a complete overhaul of branding. A host of subsidiary companies were now being organized underneath an umbrella corporate company, and they needed a quick video introduction that could summarize their relationships and value.

My idea was inspired by Marvel, where properties quickly "flip" into view as if one is flipping comic book pages. In this case however, I aimed to use stills in rapid succession to convey company categories while displaying each company for a short length. Eventually this all leads to the umbrella brand, Hawthorne World, and a wash of green envelops the entire screen to convey the eco-friendly mission.

The audio has become a signature for the company and the brand. An aural crescendo and tonal chirps lead to a 4-note ending of soft, digital boops. It's all there to convey the story and complement the motion graphics. The world will be a better place. You'll have a brighter future full of growth through eco-innovation.
