The previous design of the IRCTC website, while functional, lacked modern aesthetics and an intuitive user interface, often leading to a suboptimal user experience. Recognizing these challenges, I undertook the task of redesigning the IRCTC website in Figma to enhance its usability, visual appeal, and overall user satisfaction.

User Flow

The user flow for an IRCTC-like website begins at the home page. From here, users have the option to log in or sign up, book train tickets, or explore holiday packages.

After logging in, users navigate to the "Train Booking" section, where they can search for available trains by entering travel details such as departure and destination cities, travel dates, and class of travel. The system displays a list of available trains matching the search criteria.

Additionally, users can explore holiday packages by navigating to the "Holiday Packages" section.
