Understanding the content provided by the team to identify the key data points and messages that needed to be communicated. The focus was on simplifying complex information related to people analytics, making it accessible to the target audience.

Design Process:

By transforming raw data into clear, visually compelling content, I was able to enhance the understanding of people analytics and make the data more actionable for HR professionals. The use of custom illustrations, pie charts, icons, and flowcharts allowed for a smooth and engaging user experience that aligns with the software’s goals of simplifying and HR processes.

Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with the marketing team to ensure that the information was accurate and the visual design effectively conveyed the key messages.
