Key Features or Functionality:

  • Responsive design, new global search tool, client filter system, interactive design, new navigation and restructured site map.

Design Approach:

  • User-centered design.

  • Tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, HTML/CSS, Jira.

Challenges & Solutions

  • A complex filtering system and a search tool were implemented to simplify navigation for users.

  • All content was re-written and thoroughly revised, creating a clear hierarchy and avoiding any duplicated information that existed before.

  • A common "thread" was created visually and content-wise for all pages. Consistency is key.

  • Constant, clear and direct communication with both page owners as well as back-end developers was procured during the entire process. This way, we made sure the tone of communication was consistent as well as the visual design.

  • Low quality imagery was improved.

The redesign project hit a pause as a result of the company's restructuring, therefore the project has not been published for now.
