Mind Map

This project focuses on designing an “information dashboard” to help compliance administrators monitor and manage adherence to mandatory organizational policies.

Here’s a “mind map” I created to organize information from user interviews and secondary research. It captures key use cases and KPIs tied to the core theme of the “compliance administrator's role”. This exercise also highlighted ways admins can drill down for detailed insights.

I find “mind mapping” an invaluable tool for analysis and ideation, and I’d love to hear thoughts from other designers on this approach!
