Redesigned the Learning Management System (LMS) within the intranet of a renowned healthcare technology company to boost knowledge engagement and traffic. The old LMS was primarily a navigation-centric interface, lacking content previews or updates on upcoming trainings.

The revamped design personalized training recommendations based on individual needs, forecasted important upcoming sessions, and showcased employee contributions to training initiatives.

This redesign significantly increased employee participation and LMS usage.
