A significant number of Flexperto users often held on-site meetings with clients but faced challenges adapting their approach since they couldn’t utilize Flexperto’s online services in the same way as during virtual meetings.

Flexcorder is an app designed to enhance the productivity of users conducting on-site meetings. It addresses the challenge of leveraging Flexperto's benefits in offline settings, offering tools powered by AI to streamline meeting management. Flexcorder bridges the gap between on-site and online meeting workflows, helping professionals stay organized and efficient in any setting.

From concept to completion

From ideas to fully functional product, the process involved conducting research, creating user story maps, wireframes, prototypes, and presenting them to stakeholders and customers before proceeding with the designs. The team followed an agile methodology, developed beta versions, and iterated further on the designs based on feedback.

Marketing assets

I was also responsible for designing a wide range of marketing materials, including social media content, website assets, and presentation designs. Additionally, created a teaser video for the product launch using Premiere Pro. All tasks were carried out in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and branding guidelines.
