Smart Energy Dashboard Concept pt.2
Introducing part 2 of our the smart energy management dashboard concept. The dashboard is a platform concept designed to provide instant insights into energy consumption, renewable energy use, and system efficiency. Credits to Ratiiev for such a dope idea🔥
While working on the 3d part of this project, it was essential for me to create a clear and intuitively understandable room structure. The goal was not only to showcase the energy-consuming components but also to emphasize the energy management system: the battery for storing and distributing energy, as well as the panel generating electricity. This required designing a space where every element seamlessly fit into the composition.
The use of a hand-drawn style proved to be the best solution for visualization. This approach lent the visuals lightness and aesthetic appeal while emphasizing the contours of the objects and the room. It effectively illustrated the flow of energy through wires and the powering of electronics.
Particular attention was given to accentuating the active elements. Shout out to Vito who used bright, saturated, and dynamic outlines to add expressiveness to the key objects, highlighting their importance in the system. This added dynamism to the animation and clearly demonstrated which elements were in operation.
As a result, the project turned out to be visually striking, dynamic, and easy to comprehend, successfully conveying the concept and the logic behind the functioning of all system components.
