Intranet Home Page Redesign

A renowned "healthcare technology company" required a complete redesign of its outdated intranet “home page”. The original design primarily offered navigation links to updates and news. Moreover, it fragmented those “links” across distinct sections by categories (e.g., news, announcements, policies), requiring employees to search multiple areas for updates.

The redesign introduced a unified "feed", displayed updates in reverse chronological order, regardless of source or type, ensuring everything important was in one place. Additionally, information was categorized into three intuitive columns: fast-moving (news, updates), slow-moving (events, recognitions, surveys), and static (quick links, employee directory). This clear structure made it easy for employees to find relevant content, significantly enhancing usability and engagement.
