I bit of info: In Brazil, the year finally starts when Carnival finishes, kind of... That's my call for action with some nacional clients and so.
In the end it says:
"The Carnival has ending
Back to Work
Now Finally
Happy New Year."

But it's never funny when we explain the joke.
