It has various financing models for companies, including leasing, loans, renting, and factoring. EFL is part of the Crédit Agricole Group, giving it access to international expertise and best management practices. EFL consistently seeks new technological solutions to ensure the highest qualityof its services.

EFL approached us with a project initiative to modernize its back office system. With the passage of time and constant expansion, the system was losing its original ergonomics and clarity. EFL's challenge was to create a new, attractive, and user-friendly application.

An additional internal challenge was building awareness of the need to invest
in an internal system to support the daily tasks of all employees.

Actions we took 🎯

Design Sprint is a dynamic, five-day process used to create, prototype, and test the concept of a new product to best fit the needs and expectations of a specific target audience. We implemented the project using agile methodology.
