Making Dropdowns Work Smarter: Saving Time for B2B Users
Sharing a recent design iteration focused on optimizing the efficiency of end-user workflows. Previously, users could only add dropdown choices one at a time—a process that was far too slow for the demands of a B2B environment.
By listening to user pain points, we iterated on the design using key UX principles to reduce the time required to complete tasks. The result is a streamlined solution that enables bulk additions and edits, saving users time and improving productivity.
