Study Group & Produto.alt: Recognition & Development
To foster continuous learning and talent recognition within the Product and Design team, I implemented the Study Group and the Produto.alt Award. These initiatives promoted a collaborative, engaged environment focused on decentralizing knowledge and enhancing skills.
Study Group: A Continuous System of Training and Documentation
The Study Group provides a structured learning space where designers choose relevant topics, deliver theoretical and practical sessions (3 to 4 classes), and document all materials in an accessible knowledge base for the team. This initiative enhances individual skills, builds internal expertise, and encourages knowledge sharing.
The sessions are recorded and stored in a Notion library, ensuring continuous access for future reference. Additionally, recipients of the Produto.alt Award share their course learnings through the Study Group, amplifying collective impact.
Study Group Results
1. Implementation of a structured, continuous training system accessible to the entire team.
2. Creation of internal experts, decentralizing knowledge and streamlining processes.
3. A more collaborative and agile environment, reducing reliance on specific leaders.
