Mix & Match is an online travel agency dedicated to making travel affordable, convenient, and unforgettable for everyone by offering cheap flights and unbeatable holiday deals to destinations worldwide.

Our work began with a thorough web audit, during which one of our key observations was the need to increase awareness of Mix & Match’s offerings.

A/B Testing the Homepage Deals

Over the course of 2 months, we tested 3 offerings:

  1. Win Epic Travel Prizes - A competition element designed to gamify the user experience, drive engagement, and create excitement.

  2. Explore All the Latest Deals - A new page highlighting current offers to draw in users and motivate them to revisit the site.

  3. Hottest Offers Straight to Your Inbox - Encouraging email sign-ups for ongoing engagement and email nurturing opportunities.

The Results

By adding homepage banner deals, we saw:

  • +9% increase in flight searches

  • +24% increase in transactions

  • +39% increase in account registrations

The addition of banners not only improved conversions but also generated awareness of Mix & Match’s offerings and helped build a loyal customer base.
