Rat Tail Pizza - Pt. 1

Rat Tail Pizza began as nothing more than a joke. 

Inspired by a photo of himself as a toddler on the kitchen table with a rolling pin and rattail hairdo, Dan named his backyard pizza operation accordingly. Taking the name “rattail,” and breaking it apart, the concept is literally a rat tail + pizza. 

Dan proudly serves Neopolitan and Chicago Tavern-Style pizza with the utmost care for friends and family at Rat Tail Pizza. And much like the name, the brand is anti-hoity-toity. Dan is a rude dude, with plenty of attitude, and the visuals reflect this: crude, hand-drawn type and playful illustration communicate the down-to-earth nature of the pizzeria and the chef behind it.
