The new Chat History feature design for REVE Chat! Previously, agents and users faced challenges in accessing previous conversation records. Agents had to navigate to the archive folder, search for user details, and then view past interactions—a time-consuming process.

What’s New? Now, users and agents can view all previous session histories in a single scene, creating a unified and streamlined experience.

The design ensures:

• Enhanced Usability: No more toggling through folders—everything is in one place.

• Improved Workflow: Agents can now better serve users with immediate access to prior chats.
