Keeping hiring teams aligned and responsive is essential and the Workable integration with Slack provides just that. By connecting Workable to Slack, teams receive instant notifications for key updates directly within Slack, helping everyone stay in sync. Whether it's being notified of new applicants, receiving evaluations and comments, or managing offer approvals, Workable’s Slack integration streamlines communication and speeds up decision-making.

This led us to create a seamless integration with Slack, allowing hiring teams stay engaged and responsive within their existing workflow. By using the Slack block builder we ensured that notifications followed the Slack guidelines and made sure to craft this feature with flexibility in mind. We enabled users not only to receive updates, but also to take actions directly within Slack, in order to enhance hiring efficiency by minimizing back and forth across platforms.
