About the project

TravelNest is a digital travel product that aims to travel-related recommendations and reservation services. The service covers destinations, travel plans, flights, hotels, activities, restaurants, shops, visas, etc. TravelNest values primacy, engagement, and convenience, and is keen to deliver this experience to the users.

My responsibility

Partnering with the TravelNext team, a start-up company, I take the lead in crafting the end-to-end design process. From initial discovery and ideation to validation, iteration, and development support, I am responsible for creating design solutions. Additionally, drawing upon my background in product management, I play a key role in shaping the overall product direction and strategy in collaboration with the team.
