Playback Now faced the challenge of an outdated website that did not effectively represent the scope and value of their services in hybrid and virtual event production. The existing website hindered brand recognition and engagement with potential clients who were seeking cutting-edge event solutions. They recognized the need to enhance the online presence and convey their unique approach.

To address the challenge, we executed a website redesign with the following key elements:

• Enhanced Service Showcase: Redesigned the website to highlight hybrid and virtual event production services, including detailed descriptions, case studies, and work examples.

• User-Centric Navigation: Developed intuitive navigation to guide users seamlessly through services and facilitate inquiries, focusing on the customer journey.

My Responsibility

In my role designing The PlayBackNow website, I was responsible for:

• Information Architecture: Structuring content for intuitive access to insurance services.

• Wireframing: Developing page blueprints to ensure a user-friendly layout.

• Design: Working with the senior graphic designer to align visuals with brand guidelines.

• Prototyping: Building interactive prototypes to deliver an engaging user experience.

• Home Page: Provides an overview of Playback Now's services and introduces the "Your Shoulder Angels" concept.

• About & Why Us: Shares the mission and team background.

• Services: Details hybrid and virtual event production solutions.

• Case Studies: Showcases real-world success stories as references.

• Blogs: Offers industry insights and event planning resources.

This structure ensures easy navigation, making the site informative and accessible for event planners and those in need of professional event production services.

Wireframing and Prototyping

• Lo-Fi Wireframes: Created the visual structure, defining layout and content placement with input from our UX writer, ensuring a user-guided and service-focused design.

  • Hi-Fi Wireframes: Initiated Home page design with the graphic designer, using brand guidelines and research to set the visual tone. Collaboratively designed additional pages to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive user experience.

  • Prototyping: Enhanced the website with animations, hover effects, sliders, and interactive infographics, focusing on a seamless, engaging experience that captivates and smoothly guides users through Playback Now's platform.
