Logo design for Pettis Properties - a family run PA business specializg in in property renovations & rental.

The brief: ‘simple and to the point’ with minimal color, incorporating either a home shape or two P’s.

My approach: Create a bold, confident, and trustworthy design that proves simple doesn’t mean forgettable. The result merges both client requests - a home shape built from two abstract P’s, wrapped in a badge for versatility on shirts and hats.
I opted for deep blues and lightly tinted whites instead of plain black and white, maintaining high contrast while adding depth.
