Enhance the unlock screen with PIN and Biometrics integration for a holistic app UX

The project aimed to optimize the unlock screen and streamline the onboarding signup/login process. While collaborating with developers, we identified a more efficient solution that aligned with UX principles. My role was to ensure production efficiency without compromising the user experience.
