Workable AI — Branding Components

Workable’s roadmap included a wide range of AI-powered features. To prepare for this, Marios (Product Designer) and Matt (Senior UX Writer) collaborated to develop a unified brand for new and future AI functionality.They began with an analysis of the key user journeys that had the potential to be enhanced with AI features and contributed to customers success in Workable’s products. The result of Marios’ and Matt’s work was a set of values that would keep the company accountable in building scalable and ethical AI models. They also developed an example component set that established the visual language for AI features in Workable products. Their approach promoted a simple, action-focused language model that put the users’ job-to-be-done at the center of the interaction and remained approachable to customers unfamiliar with other AI products.
