Key Features of the Workflow
Customizable Roles
Administrators can create any set of roles depending on the client's requirements. For instance, roles could range from data entry clerks to senior managers, each with varying responsibilities and levels of control.
Customizable Steps
Each role can be assigned unique permissions, such as data entry, review, acceptance, or denial, making the system highly adaptable to different organizational structures.
Configurable Workflow Paths
The workflow can be set up to progress through various steps, each requiring input or approval from different roles.
If data is rejected at any stage, the system offers flexibility in routing—either sending the data back to the previous step for correction or restarting the entire process.
Project Details
View and accept or deny detailed updates on project objectives and progress.
Flexible Review and Approval Process
The system allows for multiple approval stages. In this specific project, roles such as Data Officer, SRO, MFU Lead, and Executive Director were utilized, but the system can accommodate any hierarchy or approval chain.
The approval process can also include automatic transitions. For instance, if someone misses their deadline, the system can automatically forward the task to the next role in the chain.
