Design Decisions.

For the "Talent Intelligence" report, I used Lightcast’s brand colors, with warm, bright tones to keep the design approachable and dynamic.

The glow effects symbolize the continuous expansion of knowledge, aligning with the report’s focus on talent intelligence as a bridge between internal and external data. Clean lines and intersecting circles with subtle glows around key figures emphasize the harmony between data and people, highlighting their interdependence in advancing workforce potential and adaptability.

The overall design is modern, visually engaging, and underscores the transformative power of talent intelligence.
