Recruiting and job board sites have all become the same things. Overrun with outdated job posts, ghost jobs, and spam for things that aren't really jobs. So job seekers have to develop a "spray and pray" mentality while dodging the minefield of scams and info harvesting click-bait to get anywhere. And great employers' job posts get lost in the torrent of noise and lose the battle against ever-more sophisticated algorithm gaming by bigger players and scammers.

Teeeam just wants to simplify and reduce noise. Great jobs from great employers that are in it to build the team and help everyone live a more fulfilling life.
