PPT Presentation Design for CMP - Compañía Minera del Pacífico, Chile

This presentation was specifically designed for CMP in my role as exclusive UX designer for the account, in collaboration with Agencia Mago Endomarketing. The focus is on strengthening internal communication and highlighting CMP's vision of clean, people-centred processes that are close to its workers, promoting continuous improvement in the mining sector in Chile.

Key Design Elements

Clear and Human-Centred Visual Style:

A clean, minimalist design is employed, using CMP’s corporate colours like deep blues and neutral tones to convey professionalism and transparency.

Images of employees in real work situations reflect CMP’s commitment to employee wellbeing and a mining approach that is close to people and human-centred.

Accessible and Structured Internal Communication:

A clear and orderly structure is prioritised, with slides that guide the viewer through CMP’s key goals and processes.

Direct, easy-to-understand messaging, with a narrative that reinforces the importance of collaboration and mutual commitment at every stage of the processes.

Modern, Readable Typography:

Sans-serif fonts like Montserrat or Lato are used to maximise readability and provide a contemporary look that enhances message clarity.

Prominent headlines on each slide help navigation and maintain focus on the most relevant topics.

Friendly Graphics and Iconography:

Simple, functional icons represent key concepts such as safety, sustainability, innovation, and teamwork, all aligned with CMP’s branding.

Process graphics and diagrams help visualise continuous improvement, emphasising the focus on efficient and responsible mining practices.

Professional and Pleasant Colour Palette:

A balance between professionalism and warmth is achieved through the use of sober, warm colours. Greys and blues convey seriousness and commitment, while warm tones such as blue add a human touch.

The colours reinforce the sense of trust and respect that CMP aims to convey in its internal communications.
