Peel-Works is a startup on a mission to drive transformation across India's Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector. They’ve raised $15 million from renowned investment groups like HDFC Bank, Chiratae Ventures, Unilever Ventures and Indian Angel Network.

With their operations in over 750 cities, they support 20,000 employees through quick staffing.

They empower these enterprises to reach new heights by unlocking new business opportunities, optimizing operations, and improving customer interactions.

Challenge

A Tight Deadline and Complex Product

When Peel Works reached out to us they were facing a tight deadline for their website launch. They were not satisfied with the work of their previous development agency and had to let them go mid-way through the project.

So, they needed someone who could step in, start the project from scratch and deliver the website in super quick.

They wanted a minimal and modern design for their website without compromising the user experience.

Another challenge was that we had to effectively showcase their marketplace across two critical verticals: Quick Staffing and Taikee Dash, with buy and sell options in both.

Solution

Simple Navigation, Minimal Design

We had to ensure that the design presented both the verticals and their respective buy and sell options without confusing the visitors. So, we created tabs for easier navigation.

Apart from the minimal design and smooth navigation, the main requirement of Peel Works was launching within the tight deadline. So, we put in the extra hours and got the project done in just 8 days.

We also set up a strong CMS for their internal team so they don’t need a developer for any future updates.

We prioritize seamless user experiences across all devices by implementing responsive design principles. By ensuring that the website adapts fluidly to various screen sizes and orientations, including mobile devices, tablets, and desktops, we guarantee accessibility and usability for all users.
