Streamlined Solutions Across Multiple Brands with Zendesk CRM IntegrationThe Pack Smart Group, with its diversified brands—Music Smart, Sports Smart, Drink Smart, and Pack Smart—needed a robust help center solution. As the lead UI/UX designer, I developed and designed fully functional help centers for each brand for Zendesk CRM, ensuring a seamless experience for their customers.
For each help center, I followed the branding of the respective brand’s website, ensuring consistency in visual identity and user experience.
The challenge was to design distinct help centers for The Pack Smart Group’s brands while maintaining their unique identities. By following each brand's website branding, I ensured consistency across the help centers. Additionally, I designed responsive email templates for each brand, aligning them with their respective logos, colors, and styles to enhance the overall customer experience.
Brand-Specific Email Templates
I designed brand-specific email templates for Music Smart, Sports Smart, Drink Smart, and Pack Smart, ensuring alignment with each brand's logos, color schemes, and website aesthetics. These responsive email bodies maintained visual consistency across customer communications, enhancing the user experience on both desktop and mobile. Each template featured custom CTAs, engaging layouts for newsletters, transactional, and promotional emails, all structured for easy readability and on-brand communication.
