Work done as part of my Honours degree in Design Leadership (with distinction).

Develop an evidence‐based design outcome using strategic thinking and conceptual skills. The project process will include writing a design proposal, ideating a design project built on research evidence, documentation of the design process, and ultimately evaluating the design outcomes. Especially relevant to this assignment is that a big idea is rooted in insight or truth about the design problem, which is uncovered during research.

"Chillchow" is a nutritious, ready-made solution to your lunch break woes. Much of the time, remote workers struggle to find the balance and mental resources required to put together a healthy lunch, let alone take a moment to get away from their desk to enjoy it. Chillchow addresses that problem with frozen daily meals delivered to your day, with each meal wrapper containing a unique stretching exercise to do while your meal warms up, along with a positive and uplifting short audio clip to listen to somewhere quiet while you enjoy your lunch.
