π The concept?
Kyoto, its refinement, its culinary specialties, its gardens.
π The objective?
To offer a gastronomic and sensory immersion in Kyoto.
π Why "Kyokai"?
In Japanese, we have the word "kaiseki". It comes from the cuisine "kaiseki ryΕri". It is a traditional form of meal where several small dishes are served together.
Kyoto + Kaiseki = Kyokai.
π The logo
The logo represents the aesthetic side of Japanese gardens and the gastronomic side of cuisine.
