Research & Findings

Where the research validates the idea

As a designer, First I explored various types of doctor appointment app. But I discovered that none of these application could provide what I wanted like personalized doctor recommendations with real time availability, appointment reminders, secure messaging system and medical record.. When I began my qualitative and quantitative research, I asked my collegues and
relatives and friends for their input.

ux interview

I reached out to a group of 15 to 20 individuals for their insights, and I found that about two-thirds of them, precisely 66.67%, expressed difficulties when booking their doctors.

Note: While I was asking those questions, I didn't transcript. It wasn't a one-on-one interview. While I was working or having basic conversations with my colleagues or friends, then I began to ask those questions. I noted down their pain point. Here, I am not going to show all the questions and the answers, so I added their thoughts.

User Persona

Using insights from interviews and surveys, I created a persona representing the ideal user for the application. This persona played a vital role in guiding me towards effective solutions by offering a profound understanding of the user's goals and challenges.

Empathy map

An empathy map serves as a visual aid that aids in comprehending and empathizing with the experiences and perspectives of a specific individual or group. By offering valuable insights into their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and needs, it facilitates the development of a profound understanding of their desires and motivations.
