На одном из глубинных интервью бизнес обозначил боль: менеджеров не всегда удаётся замотивировать на высокие показатели продаж, из-за этого бизнес теряет деньги которые мог бы заработать. Решение: реализован мотивационный инструмент - Калькулятор премии Менеджера - операциониста. У менеджера есть план по продажам и различные метрики продаж, а также финансовые продукты, которые можно продавать. Вводя в поля различные значения метрик и количество разнообразных проданных продуктов, менеджер может точно подсчитать свою возможную премию в текущем месяце. Менеджер может гибко оперировать метриками и количеством разнообразных проданных продуктов, вырабатывая свой кейс продаж. Результат: увеличение мотивации среди менеджеров на получение большей ежемесячной премии, повышение уровня продаж и дохода у менеджеров, повышение доходности у бизнеса. Боль бизнеса полечена. Представлены экранные формы дизайна под планшет, для операционной системы Андройд в разрешении 800х1280 пикселей.
UX/UI design of the Manager-operator bonus calculator
During one of the in-depth interviews, the business identified a pain point: managers cannot always be motivated to achieve high sales figures, because of which the business loses money that it could have earned. Solution: a motivational tool has been implemented - the Manager-operator bonus calculator. The manager has a sales plan and various sales metrics, as well as financial products that can be sold. By entering various metric values and the number of different products sold into the fields, the manager can accurately calculate his possible bonus for the current month. The manager can flexibly operate metrics and the number of different products sold, developing his own sales case. Result: increased motivation among managers to receive a higher monthly bonus, increased sales and income for managers, increased profitability for the business. The business's pain has been cured. Screen forms of the design for a tablet are presented, for the Android operating system in a resolution of 800x1280 pixels.
