Entrepreneurial Operating System
Descripción
ESOS is a web platform that implements the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) methodology. This methodology involves six key management components that help organizations achieve clarity, alignment, and execution across their teams: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Processes and Traction.
Ideation process
In-Depth Research: Before starting the design, interviews were conducted with key users (such as administrators, managers, and employees) to understand their needs, workflows, and challenges.
Flow Mapping: A flow map was created to represent all possible interactions within the platform. This helped visualize processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Information Architecture: A logical structure for navigation was designed. Modules and sections were organized coherently and prioritized based on frequency of use.
Interactive Prototyping: Prototypes were created to validate concepts and functionalities. Users participated in usability testing to provide early feedback, ensuring the design met their needs and expectations.
