Delta's employee reward program, "Uplift," was recognized with IMA, WMA, and Horizon Interactive Awards in 2016, and saw significant success after its relaunch. Enrollment doubled, and card acquisitions met the yearly target within just one month. The program drove over $6 million in revenue growth, with employees earning a total of 120 million miles in rewards.
