На проблемном интервью с менеджерами по продажам обозначена боль: менеджеры теряют клиентов, так как не могут отследить и обработать все свои Лиды, по причине их большого числа, не своевременной реакции менеджера на свежий Лид и своей сильной загруженности. Лиды могут быть распределены на менеджера СРМ-системой, переданы от другого менеджера, также это могут быть личные Лиды менеджера. Если вовремя не отреагировать на Лид, то клиент ( и потенциальная покупка Финансового продукта) могут быть потеряны. Решение: разработан сервис "Воронка конверсий", который является инструментом мониторинга Лидов на различных этапах их жизни, менеджер может отследить статус и время жизни любого Лида и обработать его перейдя из отображения Лида в контакт, которому этот Лид принадлежит. Результат: менеджеры обрабатывают большее количество поступивших Лидов, не теряя их, за счёт этого менеджеры приносят большую прибыль себе и бизнесу.
UX/UI design of the "Conversion Funnel" service
A problematic interview with sales managers revealed the pain: managers are losing clients because they cannot track and process all their Leads, due to their large number, the manager's untimely response to a fresh Lead, and their heavy workload. Leads can be distributed to a manager by a CRM system, transferred from another manager, or they can be the manager's personal Leads. If you do not respond to a lead in time, the client (and potential purchase of a Financial product) can be lost. Solution: the "Conversion Funnel" service has been developed, which is a tool for monitoring leads at various stages of their life, a manager can track the status and lifespan of any Lead and process it by moving from the Lead display to the contact to which this lead belongs. Result: managers process a larger number of incoming Leads without losing them, due to which managers bring more profit to themselves and the business.
