Chamber of Commerce Logo Concept

I want to share a project that didn't make the final cut but means a lot to me. Last year, I was commissioned to design a new logo for the Greater Columbus, GA Chamber of Commerce. Although they ultimately chose a different direction and this design won't be used, I'm super proud of what I was able to create for them.

The logo is inspired by the shape of our consolidated county—the first of its kind in Georgia—and builds upon the city’s existing logo with its colored bars.

My goal was to craft an encompassing symbol that represents how the chamber supports all businesses and, by extension, the entire community. The idea was to visually convey how the chamber's initiatives help both businesses and citizens thrive.
