My client requested a medium-difficulty puzzle, designed for 3D printing, that would assemble into a perfect sphere.

What truly elevated the design process was my client's vision for the puzzle ball to exude durability in its assembled form—robust enough to be tossed and rolled effortlessly, while maintaining its flawless integrity.

Each piece was meticulously crafted to interlock with precision, ensuring that once the puzzle is assembled, the components hold one another securely in place, preventing any unintended disassembly and maintaining the integrity of the structure during use.
