🎶 Transforming Music Promotion with Stunning Email Designs 🎶

One of the biggest challenges was creating email design that truly connect with their audience. Without the right visual appeal, even the best campaigns can fall flat. I worked to solve this problem by focusing solely on the design aspect.

Recently, I worked with a client they are a music distribution platform that helps independent artists, labels, and music professionals distribute their music to major streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music, and others.

Before, they are doing the design by customer io platform that was so basic and like as plain text. They often lack email designs that are visually engaging and tailored to their diverse user base—whether they’re speaking to artists, labels, or fans.

I helped them by:

1. Custom Email Designs in Figma: I created two sets of email templates with unique visuals for different audience segments, ensuring each design matched the brand and the platform’s goals.

2. Built in Customer.io: After designing, I built these templates directly in Customer.io, making the design integration process seamless and efficient.

These designs help the platform deliver professional and eye-catching emails—essential to grabbing attention in an inbox full of noise!
