KM – A Symbol of Premium Quality and Architectural Freedom

This logo embodies the essence of a brand that positions itself as a premium class. The design is based on the initial letters of the founders’ last names – “K” and “M.” The chosen font, “Syncopate,” with its unique design, emphasizes modernity and elegance. By departing from the traditional x-height, the font creates a minimalist and stylish image that reflects the brand's philosophy.

Our goal is to create architecture where everyone can feel freedom, even while inside a home. For us, a home is not just a building; it’s a place that inspires and reveals the greatness of a person, helping them find inner harmony. Our cottages in Kyiv are surrounded by a green pine forest and are just a few steps away from a lake, where one can enjoy nature, go fishing, or wakeboard.
