Role: Lead Designer & Art Director for font creation within ImmoScout24
Objective: Develop a hand-drawn font to be used across digital campaigns, with flexibility for animation in campaign videos.
Process:
Sourced appropriate materials: paper, ink, and brushes.
Sketched the required wordings, exploring a variety of autonomous styles.
Selected the optimal brush tools for the project.
Digitized the hand-drawn elements, converting them into vector format.
Delivered the finalized digital wordings to David + Martin for integration.
Concept: Collaborated on direction by reviewing david+martin prototypes, ensuring alignment with user experience goals.
Design:
Maintained visual consistency throughout the process.
Integrated campaign stills and videos, incorporating essential elements like social media buttons, product links, AppStore links, and newsletter registration.
Deliverables:
Vector-based typography for assets across platforms like Google, Spotify,
YouTube, Meta, and TikTok ads.
Hand-drawn textures converted into Illustrator brushes.
Key visuals for the overarching campaign.
