Project for Starchefs Magazine

I recently collaborated with Starchefs(https://www.starchefs.com/risingstars/2024/chicago), a New York based magazine company that tells about food and beverage, local restaurants, and rising star chefs. My role was creating a "family meal scene" with not too many upscale, high-end restaurants but somewhat casual ones. I wanted to have visual depth and focus on the interior mostly, not too much for people. Also, the client asked having some open space and staff are not only just chefs but also manager, sommelier, etc.

I also created various sketches and the client picked the 3rd sketch. One of my favorite ones was the 2nd and 4th ones though.

They also requested a map of the magazine's inside with a cohesive color palette on the front cover. I used the personal artwork I created here and there.
