Organisational chart - Workable HR

At the heart of Workable HR is the concept of the Employee Profile; a space for each person working at a company and the essential data related to their employment. Along with this, there’s a need for employees to visualise how they relate to other individuals in the overall structure of the company. This inspired us to create a functional design for an organisational chart, a design that promotes simple, intuitive interactions refined around preferences observed in user testing.

This includes searching and filtering options for users to quickly find specific information, a flexible export functionality that enables users to create printouts of individual team structure, and incorporating new interaction patterns into our design system to allow for horizontal and vertical scrolling across the page.
