Endless cycle of comparison and consumption that envy fosters. Like these serpents, envy turns inward, feeding on itself in an eternal loop. It not only consumes the envious person but distorts their view of the world, trapping them in a prison of their own making. The entangled serpents symbolize how envy binds and constricts, robbing one of the ability to appreciate anything beyond the act of comparison.

To escape this endless cycle, one must look inward. What lies within that cannot be touched or diminished by others? Perhaps by shifting focus from what is lacking to what is already present, the serpents may begin to loosen their hold. In the search for deeper understanding, could there be a path that leads not to comparison, but to inner peace and growth?
