To ensure a pleasant user onboarding experience, consider gamifying the process.

Focusing on the gamer audience as a core market segment, I saw it as a personal challenge to find interesting ways to integrate "game" moments with the product to engage the gaming community. It was also crucial to simplify the onboarding process to attract more users, rather than relying solely on specific e-product marketing campaigns.
