Abstract Isometric Illustration System

One of my favorite aspects of the Docusign rebrand's art direction: the isometric illustration system. It takes the simple, geometric pictograms and blows them up to a massive scale and creates a system that is flexible enough to illustrate more abstract concepts. The previous visual system reflected office supplies and analog paperwork methods like sticky notes, highlighters, pens, and sign labels. But as Docusign moves beyond eSignature and into the space of Intelligent Agreement Management, the old paperwork motif no longer reflected where the company wanted to go. We crafted a new visual illustration system that evokes our Brand Archetypes of Sage/Ruler and showcases something more modern, dynamic, and unmistakably Docusign.
