The website's goal is to provide an easy and faster way to help men's health and wellness issues, including intimacy, genital herpes, hair loss, and more.
Product challenge
The patients can not get necessary medication without a doctor's prescription. It takes a long process to schedule a doctor's appointment, visit a clinic, fill out forms and wait for extended periods. It’s painful for ongoing treatment to visit the clinic and get a doctor's prescription.
UX Solutions:
Easy & faster process: The patient gets medicine in less than 5 minutes.
We built a minimalistic “Free iConsult” feature that asks smart AI questions to patients based on their problem selection and level of health issues. It covers patients' electronic prescription approval with seamless order delivery at the doorstep.
Save cognitive load: The smart feature of package creation and order refills while the patient is taking free iConsult.
We did save patients' pain points by investing more time into regular medicine needs and the package creation process. Also, we built a smart feature for revisiting refill dates, addresses, and switch payments.
Empathy & Personalization: To make patients feel comfortable, we introduced virtual consultation calls.
The patients meet the doctor via virtual consultation and talk about their issues. It builds good relationships between patients and doctors to get good results for their health.
