Overview

Spray Foam Tasmania’s contact page required updates to reflect the company's evolving business operations. The goal was to streamline customer inquiries while reducing manual backend work for the client, ensuring the page was user-friendly and functional.

Problem

The client's business had expanded, and their contact information needed to be updated. Additionally, they had started using ServiceM8, requiring the contact form to be redesigned for seamless integration, reducing the manual work previously needed for handling job requests.

Approach

I focused on tweaking the form inputs to ensure they integrated smoothly with ServiceM8. This allowed the client to automate job submissions, cutting down on manual labour. The contact information section was updated to reflect changes in the client’s staff and service locations, ensuring accuracy for users looking to reach the company.

Solution

✷ Updated contact information for the Hobart and Launceston offices, as well as key personnel.

✷ Redesigned the form inputs to ensure compatibility with ServiceM8, streamlining customer inquiry processes.

✷ Maintained a clean layout, ensuring users could easily fill out and submit the contact form with all necessary details.

✷ Vigorous testing to ensure submission success and proper integration to ServiceM8
