Dior decided after covid to build an internal app to manage and increase customer fidelity in all their shops.
The objective was to create an experience of "Personal shopper" within each store.
Each sales in the shop is assigned to a client, they know them and their tastes and they select in the catalog pieces for them, then send a package to client for validation.
