Delightful Digital Insurance Experience
Income Insurance is one of the leading composite insurers in Singapore. Its lifestyle-centric and data-driven approach to insurance and financial planning puts them at the forefront of innovative solutions that empowers the people it serves with better financial well-being.
We worked with the brand to harmonise the various core features on Income’s superapp and create a consistent and delightful experience for its users. This starts from building a scalable design system that establishes good design practises and principles; and is also familiar to its users, keeping inline with the brand’s DNA.
Designing for Consistency
Designed independently from one another, Income introduced three core features for its users - a travel insurance app , a lifestyle & wellness app, and its own main app. While its users gets to enjoy a more mobile experience, the design largely varies from one app to another. This introduces inconsistency in the design and redundant sub-optimal user flows.
Scalable Design System
Applying the agile methodology approach, we work closely with stakeholders who are involved across different disciplines (marketing, engineers, product) to drive collaborations. This has allowed us to successfully create a scalable design system that adheres to the best design practices and principles. More importantly, users can expect a seamless and consistent design experience from using the superapp.
