Excited to share one of my UI/UX design project: an AI-powered Document Anonymizer Dashboard!

This tool is designed to automate the redaction of sensitive information, ensuring secure document handling with a intuitive interface.

The AI-powered Document Anonymizer integrates seamlessly into a user-friendly dashboard, designed with UI/UX principles to enhance the experience of managing sensitive information. The clean, modern interface allows users to easily navigate through various tools and features, from real-time redaction previews to customizable redaction rules, all while maintaining clarity and accessibility.

The design prioritizes usability, offering a streamlined workflow where users can upload, view, and manage documents effortlessly. With clear visual cues and an organized layout, users can see which sections will be redacted before committing changes, reducing errors and increasing confidence in the process. Batch processing is handled smoothly within the same interface, making it efficient to anonymize large sets of documents at once.

Key Features

• Dashboard Overview: Users have an overview of all workspaces and tasks, with access to redaction tools for each document or data set.

• Workspace Management: Organizes documents by workspace, with an indicator of the status of redaction (e.g., pending, completed).

• Redaction Summary: Provides a summary of what information has been redacted, including a breakdown of personal identifiers, financial data, and other sensitive fields.

• User Management: Dashboard admins can assign different levels of access to team members, ensuring that only authorized users can view and modify sensitive data.

• Last Modified & Usage Stats: The dashboard tracks when and by whom each document was last modified, along with metrics on workspace and file usage, offering transparency and traceability for compliance purposes.
